I love Italian food, often it is a few simple ingredients that makes a dish.
I had a fine Turbot filet that I decided to make on the grill with Lemon, Tomatoes, olives, capers and some good quality EV oliveoil.
This preparation goes well with most flatfish like Sole, Plaice, Halibut and some round fish like Salmon and Hake.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
1 kg fish
300gr tomatoes
A handfull Olives
a handfull Capers.
1/2 lemon in thin slices
Extra virgin olive oil.
